General customer support is available through the regular channels by contacting us via telephone and email. You may reach us during usual business hours or email us at any time, and, in almost all cases, you will have a response within 12-48 hours. For more urgent matters, your Relationship Manager will be only too pleased to assist you and can be contacted during extended working hours and via telephone and email, where you are guaranteed to receive a response within 1-12 hours.
